My Treatment Philosophy

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed—caught in a loop of high expectations, self-criticism, and burnout. You might be constantly second-guessing yourself, struggling to keep up, and wondering why things that seem “easy” for others feel so hard for you. You may feel like your brain won’t slow down, and at the same time, you can’t seem to get started. It’s exhausting. You may feel like you’re failing, even though you’re trying so hard to hold everything together.

Living with ADHD, anxiety, or perfectionism can make everyday tasks feel like mountains. The pressure to perform, stay focused, and meet impossible standards can be isolating. But therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It is about understanding your patterns, identifying what actually supports you, and letting go of what no longer does.

My goal is to make therapy feel collaborative, validating, and honest. I ask questions not to challenge you, but to help us both understand your experience more clearly. I’ll bring compassion and curiosity to our work, and I’ll also bring my real, human self.

You don’t have to prove your struggles to me. I believe you. Together, we’ll build strategies that make sense for your brain, your life, and your goals.

AVAILABILITY

I see clients in-person and virtually, Monday to Thursday. I offer a few evening slots.

FEES + INSURANCE

My fee for an intake session is $185, and I charge $150 per follow-up appointment. I am out-of-network with all insurance plans and have partnered with Mentaya to help you receive reimbursement for therapy services. You can check your insurance plan's out-of-network benefits here.
